1. Accounts

When you create an account on our Site, you agree that:

2. Sale of Goods

These Terms govern the sale of all products available on our Site, including:

  • Custom and prebuilt desktop computers

  • Computer components and accessories

All products displayed on our Site are subject to availability.

While we strive for accuracy in product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images:

  • TECHWHIZ INC. does not guarantee that all information is error-free.

  • Product images are for illustration purposes only.

  • We are not legally bound by minor inaccuracies.

  • Purchases are made at the customer’s discretion and risk.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify prices or specifications,

  • Reject, modify, or cancel any order,

  • Limit quantities.

If an order is cancelled after payment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their payment method to confirm receipt of any refund.

3. Custom Builds / Configuration Responsibility

For custom systems:

  • Customers are responsible for selecting appropriate specifications for their needs.

  • Performance expectations may vary based on software, usage, and system configuration.

  • Once an order enters processing or assembly, it may not be modified or cancelled.

4. Payments

We accept:

  • Credit Card

  • Debit

  • PayPal

  • Direct Debit

By providing payment information, you:

  • Authorize us to charge the full amount,

  • Confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or reverse transactions suspected of fraud, chargeback risk, or policy violations.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped via:

  • Standard shipping

  • Local delivery (where available)

Important terms:

  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary.

  • Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or high demand.

  • Delivery times exclude weekends and statutory holidays.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once shipped.

Customer responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and complete shipping information.

  • TECHWHIZ INC. is not liable for:

    • Delivery to incorrect addresses,

    • Delays caused by incorrect information,

    • Failed delivery due to customer error.

6. Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk transfer to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.

Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Third-Party Goods and Services

Our Site may include products or services provided by third parties.

TECHWHIZ INC. does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or performance of third-party goods or services.

8. Consumer Protection

Where applicable consumer protection laws cannot be excluded, these Terms will not override your legal rights.

10. Limitation of Liability (Strong Protection)

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

TECHWHIZ INC. will not be liable for any:

  • System downtime or compatibility issues

  • Performance differences from expectations

  • Delays in shipping or manufacturing

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TECHWHIZ INC. from any claims, damages, losses, or legal expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Site,

  • Misuse of products,

  • Violation of these Terms.

12. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

13. Severability

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining Terms remain enforceable.
